A New Grass-Roots Organisation is Established
A grass roots, wide-ranging membership organisation to promote renewable technologies was established in a meeting of Renewable Wales Network Steering Committee on the 19th of January.
Objectives
- To act as the voice of all renewable energy technologies in Wales.
- To promote a positive image to harness Wales’ natural resources to enrich our environment, economy and communities.
- To give members influence at the heart of policy making.
- To strengthen business relationships and development within the industry.
- To foster community spirit and increase public engagement in the renewable energy sector.
- To represent the industry’s vision for Wales to become a world leader in renewable energy development.
